Yesterday Once More
木匠兄妹的Yesterday Once More，有在聽英文老歌的人應該都知道這首歌很有名，也一直為人所傳唱著，可以說是木匠兄妹最有名的代表作。
這首歌，也是我的第一首英文歌。
五專一年級，英文老師有一天上課，帶來了這首歌。她印了歌詞，讓我們反覆聽了好幾次，把這首歌學起來，我相信那節課是全班整年最認真上的課。
於是，我有了第一首英文歌。
雖然我的英文不太好，初一的老師跳過音標沒有教，讓從中間開始上初一前補習班沒學好音標的我，從此英文開始一路爛，會寫不會說，到五專一年級還是一樣，上下學期我都被「活當」了，但幸好也都補考過了。儘管我連音標都不太會，但我把這首歌學起來了，這是我的歌。
如果說我今天還對英文有一點興趣，聽英文歌、看洋片學片名的單字、看美國影集，「斗膽」買原版DVD只有聽音猜意義，如果這些都算是我還在學英文，那一定都是從Yesterday Once More這首歌開始的。
在深夜，我拿出木匠兄妹的精選集，想起了這件往事。當年被當很不甘心，但是現在我很懷念這位老師，雖然我不記得她的名字，但我知那堂課會永遠存在於我的記憶中。:)

兩個麗莎
最愛的Lisa Loeb終於出精選集了！！
因為「四個畢業生」片尾曲Stay走紅的Lisa，
一直是我很喜歡的歌手，她特殊的folk-pop曲風，
讓我常常都會把她的專輯拿出來聽，
只可惜她的fans在臺灣仍算小眾。
1998年她發 I Do 時有來過臺灣，去年也參加了野台演唱會，
但我都沒有去看她，
因為對於她，就是喜歡音樂，而不是偶像式的崇拜。
詩人同學告訴我精選集出時，我就在一兩天之內抽空去買。
臺灣的版本是美國原裝進口版(圖左)，共收錄18首Lisa的經典作品，
像是I Do, Underdog, Fools Like Me, Stay, Do You Sleep？等等
也有一首Lisa為自己的節目#1 Single所寫的歌：Single Me Out，
是Lisa官網上的2006年正式版精選。
去年我在日本amazon上也找到一張Lisa的精選(圖右)，
就託朋友幫我訂，但也是到最近才拿到這張看來一模一樣的CD，
不過這張精選在官網上是放在Import裏的，共收有20首歌曲，
曲目與2006年版的略有不同，
其中收有一首特別為日本版寫的歌：Koi No Arashi。
Lisa的Cake and Pie那張的日本版也比全球版多一首歌，
可見得日本是很崇洋，而明星、歌手們也樂於討好日本樂迷吧！
但是，這張日本版當然很貴，可是一樣是精選，
臺灣引進版上寫著「歌詞請到官網上搜尋」(很多美版CD是不附歌詞的)
日本版不但有原本美美的小冊子，還另外印製歌詞與翻譯......
果然，還是有差啊~ -_-|||
於是，我有了兩個Lisa。
p.s.今天也收到期待已久的Gerry片子，看來周末我又要卯起來看了... :P

Mandy Moore：Only Hope
這首歌曲是電影A Walk To Remember的主題曲，女主角即由Mandy飾演，故事在說一位不務正業的富家子倫登，因為戲弄同學出了意外，被罰勞動服務，到戲劇社客串，因而認識了牧師之女潔美，進而被她所感動，變成一位認真的青年，也解開了與父親之間的心結。本片在台灣並未上映，但是HBO有在播，第一次是從中間看的，覺得很感動，不管已經半夜三點，還是把它看完。後來又重看一次，還是很感動。這首主題曲是戲中戲劇社公演唱的歌曲，由美國新生代少女歌手Mandy識演潔美，並且演唱歌曲，在臺灣可以找到Mandy的專輯。此外Mandy演出很多青春電影也都有在HBO播，最近一齣是「第一千金歐遊記」，也可以租到。事實上，Mandy有演出「麻雀變公主」第一集，也就是裏面那個討人厭的金髮女孩，但我還是喜歡褐髮的Mandy。

經過小小努力，無名的blog也有音樂了。

第一首先來有聖誕味道的歌曲吧！

永遠忘不了的是，有一年冬季，真正到日本過了一個白色聖誕。
天氣其實很冷，但是去的幾天，天氣晴朗，白雪堆在各處，反射著陽光。
我們這些從亞熱帶去的旅人，看到雪就好高興，有幾次正好遇見下雪，還特地跑出屋子被雪淋，想像著日劇的畫面。
好像，聖誕節一定是白茫茫的，那南半球該怎麼辦呢？
我想，大概就是來個衝浪的夏季聖誕吧！
p.s.由此可見，我們都被「後殖民」了！:P
