The Holiday...again!
今晚抽空重看HBO首播的「戀愛沒有假期」(The Holiday)，故事敘述由卡麥蓉•狄亞玆(Cameron Diaz)飾演的Amanda與凱特•溫絲蕾(Kate Winslet)飾演的Iris，為了逃避失敗的戀情，而選擇在聖誕假期，遠走它方，而因此在換屋網站認識，決定交換彼此的房屋與生活。
Amanda到了英國倫敦近郊的Surry郡(Shere)，卻遇見了Iris的哥哥Graham(Jude Law飾)，進而發展出一段若有似無以至於無法分離的假期戀情；Iris到了美國洛杉磯遇見了電影配樂作曲家Miles(Jack Black飾)，經過相處而最終也發展出情愫。最後當然是兩對有情人終成眷屬，至於長距離的戀情如何維持，哈，別想太多，這只是電影啊。
我喜歡這種淡淡的英式小品(雖然它的導演是Nancy Meyers)，不用呼天搶地，不用一把鼻涕一把眼淚，就可以完整敘述愛情中的雜陳五味。這部電影中，我還喜歡Iris與老電影編劇Arthur之間的忘年之交，以及"meet cute"(邂逅)的對話，很有老式風情，所以看到Arthur終於到了紀念會的會場，我還給它小小感動了好幾下呢。
唉、我老了，開始懷念老東西囉。
總之，沒看過的人可以看看喔。

PS, I Love You 的十封信之一
因為生活苦悶，而我又很想趕快知道劇情，但又沒能力把英文原著看完，所以就決定翻翻書把Gerry寫給Holly的信找出來。據說一共有十封，希望不會key完發現少一封...ccc
PS, 好像除了第一封之外，其它的都不長......只是一個list而已。但key完第一封，發現好像還是要看劇情才能比較了解這個list的意思。管它！一起來看Gerry練英文吧！

I don't know where you are or when exactly you are reading this. I just hope that my letter has found you safe and healthy. You whispered to me not long ago that you couldn't go on alone. You can, Holly.
You are strong and brave and you can get through this. We shared some beautiful times together and you made my life...you made my life. I have no regrets. But I am just a chapter in your life, there will be many more. Remember our wonderful memories, but please don't be afraid to make some more.
